Mid-June Favourites | Tabby

When I see bloggers or youtubers have uploaded their monthly favourites, my inner nosiness surfaces. There is something about seeing what people have been enjoying that really excites me.
This month has gone so quickly, I cannot believe we are half way through 2016!
My first favourite of faves has been the Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara. I bought this just over a month ago, after running out of my fourth bottle of benefit roller lash. I thought I cannot justify spending MORE money on this mascara (as it is extremely expensive – but very good) and so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and try this mascara out. Now, my lashes are veryyyy flat and do not like to co-operate but once I have curled them and applied this mascara it works a treat. I would definitely recommend it!

Another of my makeup faves this month has been the Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay. I have loved this palette with all my heart for ages now, but I have always preferred the darker shades from the lower end of the palette. As the weather is getting slightly nicer I decided dark eyeshadow isn’t what I want to smother on my eyes, so I experimented with the pinker shades and LOVE them! My faves are definitely 'burnout' and 'trick'. You can create a subtle look for day time and a bold shade for if you’re heading out somewhere in the evening!

Eyeliner. A very broad subject but I have recently loved wearing eyeliner. I think it is a classic look. although it is a task to get it right, once you have that line and the flick you want, you feel like you have conquered the world (well, I know I do!) The eyeliner I have been loving is the eyeko skinny liquid eyeliner. It stays on all day and even if I accidentally scratch my face where I am wearing it, it doesn't rub off, which is always a bonus!
My final makeup favourite is the Barry M, matte me up lip crayon, I have had this for a while and most days I don't reach for lipstick as I don't feel it is a necessity, but recently I have used this religiously. It is a gorgeous browny nude and looks exactly the same on your lips as it does in the bullet. The staying power of this product is phenomenal, I had a big lunch and a few drinks and it will still doing brilliantly on my lips! 10/10
Essie nail varnish. Although you do definitely need 2 coats of this polish I still adore it. It is in the shade 'power clutch' and  is a gorgeous deep grey. After 2 coats, its completely opaque and that is something I look for in a nail polish.
Fall out boy. I have loved fall out boy for a long time but I have tended to listen to American Beauty / American psycho. This month I decided to delve deeper into the realm of Pete, Patrick, Andy and Joe and listened to their older albums, I’m so annoyed I have not done it sooner. I loveee all their old stuff. If you’ve thought in the past that Patrick’s voice is a bit scary, pls, pls, pls re-think and try another of their songs, because they’re FAB!!

Recently I have loved my Fjallraven Kanken backpack like it is my child. I got it as one of my Christmas presents and apart from the odd mark (which is probably food I’ve spilt on it) it looks brand new. Overall this bag is just amazing, and I love it!
the final of my faves is flowers. something about flowers makes me feel so relaxed and peaceful. I went out and picked some myself, and arranged them and it just made me feel so happy. I just ADORE flowers. I hope i'm not the only one!

What have you been loving so far this month?
